Responsibilities within your new role as Property Administrator

As the newly appointed Property Administrator, you will be entrusted with a range of significant responsibilities. These include generating accurate and timely reports and correspondence, fostering strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the accuracy and currency of all AIMs data, and performing administrative tasks such as transcribing reports through audio typing. Additionally, you will be in charge of compiling monthly reports and sending property details and reports to clients.

Furthermore, your role will require you to efficiently manage workflow in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and policy guidelines. Specifically, you will handle client phone calls, schedule instructions, coordinate appointment times with surveyors, draft and prepare final reports for distribution to clients, process fees and payments, and carry out other essential responsibilities.
