Responsibilities within your new role

Primary responsibilities encompass overseeing guest satisfaction scores with the aim of enhancing both departmental and overall guest experience. Vigilant enforcement of accounting controls and procedures throughout all hotel departments is integral to the role. Additionally, supervision of the entire guest service team is required, along with the review of guest correspondence and incident logs to guide staff accordingly. Efficient management of guest room occupancy, creation of action plans to address service deficiencies, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer service, responding promptly to guest complaints and disturbances, are crucial aspects of the position.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are hopeful to speak to candidates with a minimum of two years in a similar managerial role within the hotel industry. Familiarity with Opera Micros is considered advantageous, and flexibility to work varying shifts throughout the week is essential. In terms of skills, the ideal candidate should exhibit positive leadership qualities to motivate and surpass standards within the team. Exceptional communication skills and a consistently positive attitude are also key attributes expected from the successful candidate.
