Responsibilities in your new role as Commercial Agent

As a Commercial Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions between landlords and potential tenants or buyers in the commercial property market. You’ll market properties to attract interest, represent clients in negotiations to secure favourable terms, assist in property search and evaluation, provide financial analysis, handle lease administration tasks, and close deals. It’s key to stay informed about market trends and regulations, build relationships with clients and industry professionals, and play a crucial role in guiding clients through the complexities of commercial real estate transactions.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and connected Commercial Agent who has a strong track record of acquiring new business. We welcome candidates from varied professional backgrounds; however, we are specifically eager to speak to those at Associate Director, Director or Partner levels.

Key attributes for success in this role include exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, a history of meeting targets and deadlines consistently, and familiarity with pertinent property laws and regulations. While MRICS accreditation is beneficial, we are open to candidates without it but with relevant experience and expertise.
