Your rate of pay and hours of work

This role offers a salary of £23,000 - £25,500 per annum, and you can choose to be based in either our client’s City Centre or Hillington branch. The work pattern is 9am until 5pm, Monday until Friday.


Responsibilities within your new role

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, data entry and document management
  • Manage company mailboxes, ensuring all correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
  • Oversee diary management for the team, scheduling appointments and meetings as required
  • Liaise with the finance team on matters such as invoicing and budget tracking
  • Schedule jobs, works and projects efficiently, coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations


Your personality, experience and qualifications

Experience in a similar role is preferred, with proficiency in audio typing being a key requirement; however, candidates with a solid understanding or related experience will also be taken into consideration. Exceptional organisational abilities and keen attention to detail are essential, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills. The capability to collaborate effectively within a team setting as well as independently is crucial for success in this role.
