Responsibilities within your new role
As the newly appointed Barista, your role entails crafting beverages according to customer preferences, actively promoting additional products, delivering service to the public with kindness and courtesy, addressing any concerns or complaints, and maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces while adhering to health and safety protocols.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate should have previous café experience and be presentable and bubbly with a keen desire to develop through training and mentoring. You should also have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques as well as be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
