What Does a Commercial Valuation Surveyor Do?

A Commercial Valuation Surveyor plays a key role in assessing the value and condition of commercial properties, ensuring clients make informed decisions about acquisitions, disposals, or developments. Working within the private or public sector, you’ll conduct property inspections, produce detailed valuation reports, and liaise directly with clients to deliver professional advice. Typical duties include:
