Responsibilities within your new role
Responsibilities in this role include managing rental income and addressing tenant indebtedness, overseeing the provision of common services to both properties and tenants and ensuring tenants' adherence to lease obligations concerning usage and maintenance. You will also collaborate with clients on property tenure and physical enhancements, prepare comprehensive client reports about property management services, ensure strict compliance with legal regulations such as Health and Safety, and offer support to clients in pursuing opportunities for value enhancement, including rent reviews, leasing, and lease renewal initiatives.
Additionally, the role involves delivering supplementary services to generate extra fees wherever feasible and assisting clients in property acquisition and disposal activities.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager, particularly emphasising proficiency in Service Charge and Shopping Centre Management. Holding an RICS qualification would be a valuable asset, and a valid UK driver's license is essential. Furthermore, we value a positive and proactive mindset, as the role demands a readiness to embrace challenges.
