Responsibilities within your new role as a Property Management Associate

  • Managing the preparation and monitoring of service charges and budgeting.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with facilities management and accounts departments.
  • Exploring and pursuing new business prospects.
  • Delivering regular client reports.
  • Providing lease event advisory services.
  • Conducting property management inspections.
  • Engaging in tenant communication and relationship management.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be eligible for the Property Management Associate role you should be RICS qualified with current and pertinent knowledge of commercial property. You should exhibit self-motivation and possess the capability to consistently surpass client expectations. Additionally, you should be commercially astute, and able to generate new business. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to enhance the profile of the property management team.
