Are you looking for a temporary role where you can explore your creative passion for food? Fancy a change of scenery and are keen to explore new and unique parts of Scotland? We are currently hiring Seasonal Live-in Chefs to take on assignments across the beautiful Highlands.

 

Your rate of pay and hours of work 

This is a temporary position with a pay rate of £14.00 to £16.00 per hour, with holiday pay accrued on top. You will be working approx. 40-50 hours per week, 5 days over 7, and will enjoy comfortable all-inclusive live-in accommodation.

 

Responsibilities in your new role 

This is a role where you can take pride in the dishes you produce - some of the duties include: 

  • Cooking a wide range of dishes for a variety of clients
  • Preparing and cooking meals for different events
  • Knowledge of allergies/dietary requirements
  • Maintaining good hygiene practices at all times

 

Your personality, experience, and qualifications 

We are eager to speak to creative Chefs who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. It is vital that you have sound knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements, as well as knowledge of Health & Safety procedures. You will be able to demonstrate excellent versatility and a positive mindset, whilst having excellent communication skills with the kitchen team and other departments.
