We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Live-in Chef to join a luxury hotel in the West Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinary professional looking to advance their career within the hospitality industry. Please note that due to the nature of this role, successful candidates will be required to live on-site.


Your rate of pay and hours of work 

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive pay rate of £16 per hour, staff accommodation, flexible working hours tailored to your preferences, and the opportunity to be part of an esteemed hotel.


Responsibilities in your new role 

  • Preparation and presentation of dishes during service to the highest standard.
  • Ensuring all meals are prepared on time, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to enhance guest satisfaction.


Your personality, experience, and qualifications 

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role within a high-quality establishment.
  • Food Safety Level 2 Certification is essential.
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
