This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Administrator to join a growing company where you can make your mark. Our industry-leading client is based in Glasgow and has a strong ethos of creating a friendly environment and supporting their employees to reach their potential.

 

Your rate of pay and hours of work

This role offers a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum and will be based in our client’s Hillington branch, in Glasgow. The work pattern is 9am until 5pm, Monday until Friday.

 

Responsibilities within your new role as Property Adminsitrator

  • Execute various administrative tasks encompassing filing, photocopying, data entry, and document organisation
  • Supervise company mailboxes to promptly address all incoming correspondence
  • Manage team schedules and appointments efficiently by maintaining diary entries
  • Coordinate with the finance department regarding invoicing and budget monitoring
  • Gather data from partner businesses for analysis and review
  • Utilise Microsoft packages to present data effectively to senior leadership within the organisation

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Applicants should possess a degree or equivalent experience. Previous involvement in a related field, particularly within a property estate agency, would be advantageous. The ability to manage substantial amounts of data is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
