We are working with an award-winning project development and construction company based in Glasgow, which is currently seeking a proactive and experienced part-time Office Administrator to join their team. Responsibilities within your new role as Office Administrator

  • Greeting visitors professionally and courteously
  • Handling email communications efficiently
  • Liaising with couriers for timely delivery and pick-up of packages
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as required
  • Performing reception duties including answering calls, directing inquiries, managing the switchboard


Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an office environment. You should be proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges. A driving licence is essential for this role, and you should have strong MS Office knowledge.
