Responsibilities within your new role as General Manager

  • Manage the business with an owner's mindset, fostering effective collaboration with central support functions, internal and external stakeholders, and local suppliers.
  • Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control measures.
  • Uphold a standard of consistently excellent customer service at all times.
  • Oversee service standards and promote staff development initiatives.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal General Manager candidate must demonstrate a track record of successfully managing multiple departments at a senior level within the hospitality industry. A genuine passion for hospitality and staying in the know of industry trends is essential. Strong leadership abilities are crucial, along with a collaborative approach to working within a social environment. Effective communication skills are a must, complemented by a keen understanding of commercial operations within the hospitality sector.
