Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess essential qualifications and skills, including registration with the General Dental Council (GDC), adherence to the 'Code of Ethics' outlined by the British Association of Dental Nurses, and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in line with GDC guidelines. They should have a strong understanding of compliance standards within dental practice settings, excellent clinical proficiency, and effective interpersonal communication abilities. Proficiency in using dental software and Microsoft Office suite is essential, along with being Hepatitis B vaccinated.
