Stafffinders are currently recruiting for experienced, front of house staff for various, exciting, temporary live-in assignments across Scotland. These are great opportunities to gain further experience within the hospitality industry in some fantastic resorts, hotels and holiday parks.

Your Rate of Pay and Hours of Work

  • Competitive hourly rates from £11.44 depending on assignment
  • Pay is weekly, with holiday pay accrued on top of hourly rate
  • 40-50 hours each week
  • Free staff accommodation in a stunning venue

Your Experience, Qualifications & Personality

To be considered for these roles, you must have at least 1 years experience in both bar and waiting in a busy and high standard environment. For you, hospitality is more than just a job – it’s a passion!

As a member of the team, you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment. Consistently taking initiative and setting a high standard of service are key attributes for these positions. You will be a confident and friendly individual who takes pride in their role and contribution to the guests.

You will be a natural team player whilst having the ability to work independently, having the opportunity to learn from more senior members of the team to enhance not only your career progression but also your own personal development and transferable skills.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, speak English to a high standard and have great personal presentation. The venues are normally accessible by public transport, however some may require access to your own transport.
