Performance Analysts will implement processes and systems to measure performance against contract requirements.  Performance Analysts will collect and analyse data with the appropriate management team.  Performance Analysts will have an understanding of all the relevant systems, will support colleagues and provide cascade training where appropriate and will implement and maintain reports on performance internally to colleagues.  

Duties of Back Office Jobs

Performance Analysts will be required to implement and review IT systems, particularly those that ‘join up' the different aspects of the service as well as the ability to collate accurate performance monitoring information to agreed deadlines.  

Performance Analysts will compare performance data to targets, investigating and reporting on variances.  Performance Analysts will keep abreast of IT developments internally and externally to explore and advise how IT can deliver performance monitoring information more effectively, efficiently and imaginatively.  Performance Analysts may devise and manage a best practice customer feedback system and will work in line with the health and safety policies of the company.
