Sub Agent jobs will report to the Senior Agent and oversee the day to day running of the site. Sub Agent jobs responsibilities include management of Sub Contractors, maintaining health and safety standards, preparation of relevant site paperwork and progress reports for the client and project manager. You will be supported and trained to progress up to a site agent level and run multiple sites depending on your ambition and skill level. Sub Agent jobs will ideally be qualified to ONC, HNC or HND level in civil engineering or related subject. Sub Agent jobs experience in a civil engineering environment is also preferable with typical types of works including Highways, Environmental, Rail and Water.
Duties of a Sub Agent
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and the design team.
Prepare and oversee Quality/Design and Health and Safety paperwork.
Plan upcoming costs and review permits.
Site set up and compliance with health and safety.
Planning and programming of the works with a 4 week look ahead.
Attending weekly progress meetings.
Salaries vary for Sub Agent jobs, but typically range from about £40,000 to £70,000.
