How do I secure a Trainee / Graduate Accountancy position?

To qualify for a Trainee or Graduate Accountancy position, clients will likely request that you have obtained a Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or a relevant subject. You will also benefit from acquiring a CIMA or ACCA qualification however there may be opportunities for you to complete this during a trainee or graduate role dependent on the organisation.

As a Trainee or Graduate Accountant, you will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills whilst obtaining proficient mathematical knowledge and the ability to think analytically. You will be well organised and be able to meet deadlines, independently or as part of a team.
