We are currently on the lookout for a passionate Venue Manager for a trendy restaurant in Prestwick. This is an excellent opportunity for a General Manager or Deputy General Manager looking to make their first move into a leadership role.

Responsibilities within your new role as Venue Manager

  • Oversee the daily operations of the venue.

  • Ensure all rotas, payroll and schedules are accurate.

  • Hire, train and manage your team.

  • Manage all stock levels.

  • Keep up to date with current trends in hospitality.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in roles such as General Manager or Deputy General Manager, demonstrating leadership qualities and a personable approach. You should possess a genuine passion for hospitality and staying informed about current industry trends.
