Your rate of pay and hours of work

The position offers an annual salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000. Additionally, employees will benefit from complimentary on-site parking. Work hours are structured from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 am to 1:30 pm on Fridays. Flexibility is essential to accommodate coverage during extended production periods.

  

Responsibilities within your new role

The Production Manager will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety among team members, ensuring the safe use of equipment, and supporting safety processes. Additionally, this role involves supervising and monitoring site operating metrics to achieve facility goals and objectives. You will play a pivotal role in developing operational capability and capacity by leveraging both technology and personnel. Cultivating a customer-centred culture, building robust customer relationships, and optimising production processes to exceed expectations are integral aspects of this position.

 

Your experience, qualifications and personality

Applicants for the Production Manager role should possess a qualification in a printing field and/or relevant production management certifications. It is crucial to demonstrate proficiency in understanding the mechanics of production equipment, with an engineering background being advantageous. Candidates should also showcase substantial production experience, preferably within an industry related to printing and utilising printing technologies. You must exhibit expertise across all operational facets, spanning from pre-production to post-production phases.
