Responsibilities in your new role as Duty Manager

As the new Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the smooth running of the hotel’s operations on your assigned shift. You will ensure that all staff are well trained and up to speed with their responsibilities, whilst being able to identify and solve any issues that may arise. You will consistently communicate between departments to drive forward the high standards of overall service and guest experience.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in a similar role and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer experience. Being observant, communicative and alert will be of huge benefit when carrying out your responsibilities. The Duty Manager should be approachable and friendly while being able to lead a team efficiently to reach goals and provide a high-end service.
