This role as a Legal Secretary offers a permanent position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a negotiable salary based on experience.


Responsibilities in your new role as Legal Secretary

Your responsibilities will include typing and formatting correspondence and documents, managing digital dictation and manuscript amendments, and conducting legal comparisons. You will draft and send letters, faxes, and emails as needed, and handle tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and preparing documents for final approval.

Confidentiality is paramount, and you will be responsible for handling sensitive information with discretion. Additionally, you will manage partner diaries, arrange meetings, and book travel, while also interacting with clients both in person and over the phone.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

  • A Legal Secretary with substantial experience in the legal field over the past 12-18 months
  • Must have strong legal experience within the real estate/commercial property sector
  • Proficient in digital dictation systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Proactively learns new skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team
