Responsibilities within your new role as Junior Sous Chef

  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior chefs, nurturing a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols to promote a secure working environment.
  • Contribute to menu development by introducing innovative ideas that align with the restaurant's standards.
  • Uphold and elevate our exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Junior Sous Chef role with a proven track record of development and longevity. They should be enthusiastic about meal creation and presentation, reliable, and eager to develop their skills further.
