Responsibilities in your new role as an Account Manager

  • Overseeing multiple client accounts to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
  • Driving company growth by cultivating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to enhance profitability
  • Acting as the primary contact throughout the entire process, from initial tenders and pitches to briefings, presentations, and resolving any challenges
  • Collaborating seamlessly with the creative and development teams to guarantee optimal outcomes for clients
  • Handling budget management, including estimating, quoting, and invoicing
