Responsibilities within your new role
The core responsibilities include spearheading client accounts, meticulously managing budgets to ensure both profitability and expansion, infusing strategic insight into all projects, assuming overall accountability for fostering robust client-agency relationships and cultivating and sustaining senior client connections. You will foster productive collaboration among digital account management, creative, and development teams agency-wide, supervising the trajectory and execution of high-quality web design, development, and digital marketing initiatives while crafting proposals geared towards addressing business challenges and yielding favourable outcomes, contributing value across clients and internally within the agency, and actively participating in new business ventures, tenders, and pitches regularly.
