Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Outlet Manager
As our Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, you will hold ultimate responsibility for all activities that impact the service of our food and beverage products. You will:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation of the bar and associated outlets
- Supervise, motivate, and support the bar team
- Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Ensure the bar operates in line with company standards and procedures
- Monitor revenue, costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets
- Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and service
- Support the efficient and profitable running of the bar
- Drive operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences
Your personality, experience and qualifications
You will have an open and friendly demeanour, driven by a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will have:
- Previous experience in a Bar Manager or similar hospitality leadership role
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, service standards, and beverage products
- Confident managing a wide range of beers, wines, spirits, and cocktails
- Good understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
- Able to use bar equipment safely and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong time management with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment
- A supportive team player with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Committed to creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining high service standards
This role requires previous, similar experience within a 4 to 5-star hospitality environment.
