Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Outlet Manager
As our Food and Beverage Outlet Manager, you will hold ultimate responsibility for all activities that impact the service of our food and beverage products. Your key objective will be to expertly manage the bar and any associated outlets by providing strong leadership, overall supervision, and meticulous control. This leadership ensures a consistently high degree of guest satisfaction, all while operating within established standards and diligently managing the budget for revenue, costs, and other critical financial goals.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for an individual with an open and friendly demeanour, driven by a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will possess in-depth knowledge of all Bar Standards, encompassing quality presentation, service protocols, product expertise, and local health and sanitation standards. A comprehensive understanding of various beverage drinks is essential, alongside the ability to demonstrate proper and safe use of all equipment. You will be a meticulous professional, showcasing good attention to detail and accuracy, and thrive as a team player, contributing positively to overall team performance. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively, are crucial, as is your innate ability to assess and meet the diverse needs of our guests.
This challenging role requires previous, similar experience within a 4 to 5-star hospitality environment.
