Responsibilities in your new role as Assistant Bar Manager
As our Assistant Bar Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring every guest interaction is exceptional, responding appropriately to all needs and questions. You'll skillfully
- Manage workload distribution across the team
- Lead by example to maintain high performance and brand standards
- Assist guests with menu choices and recommendations
- Support profitability and productivity across F&B operations
- Communicate and implement the F&B strategy
- Manage inventory and yield in line with budgets
- Support the Food & Beverage Services Manager
- Maintain exceptional guest service standards
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We’re looking for a professional and well-presented individual who will lead by example and set high standards for the wider team. You’ll have previous supervisory experience, ideally within a similar Food & Beverage or hospitality environment.
You’ll also bring:
- Previous experience in a supervisory hospitality role
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service and brand standards
- Understanding of food hygiene and sanitation requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Confidence preparing, interpreting and analysing reports
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- A positive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and development
