Responsibilities in your new role as General Manager

As the General Manager, you will be at the helm of our client's intimate 19-bed property, playing a pivotal role in its transformation from a 3-star gem to a coveted 4-star destination. This hands-on position requires a leader who is deeply involved in all aspects of hotel operations. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the entire hotel, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for every guest from check-in to check-out, all whilst working diligently towards achieving our ambitious quality upgrades.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success and progressive longevity within 4 and 5-star properties. Your leadership will be evident in your ability to effectively manage the hotel's operations, liaise closely with department heads to provide clear instruction and direction, and foster a culture of excellence through the training and onboarding of new staff. A genuine passion for guest services is paramount, as you will ensure the highest standards are consistently met and expectations exceeded, driving the hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality. Experience in a similar hands-on General Manager role would be highly advantageous, showcasing your capability to lead and inspire.
