Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Manager

As an integral part of the leadership team, you will assist the General Manager in the seamless day-to-day running of this exquisite hotel. Your role will involve close liaison with department heads, providing clear instruction and direction to ensure harmony across all operations. You will be instrumental in the training and onboarding of new team members, nurturing a culture of excellence and high performance. Above all, you will ensure the highest standards are consistently met, guest expectations are exceeded, and every guest enjoys impeccable service from arrival to check-out.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of success within 4 and 5-star properties, demonstrating genuine longevity and progression within previous roles. While direct experience in a similar Operations Manager role is highly advantageous, we value passionate leaders with clear evidence of strong leadership within the hospitality sector. Your excellent command of English is essential for effective communication, and your proactive, guest-focused approach will be key to thriving in this dynamic environment.
