Responsibilities in your new role as Chef

As a key member of the kitchen team, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your core responsibilities will include meticulous food preparation, effective stock control, and efficient ordering of supplies to maintain high standards. You will consistently uphold impeccable levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen, ensuring all daily documentation is completed accurately. Furthermore, you will be expected to comply with all Company Policies and Procedures at all times, contributing to a safe and productive working environment.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for someone with a flexible approach to work, capable of excelling both independently and collaboratively as part of a busy team. You possess excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, ensuring smooth operations and clear interactions. You must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a hospitality kitchen environment.
