The job: help deliver exceptional dining experiences by preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy hospitality kitchen.

The person: a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie with at least two years' experience in a professional kitchen, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to producing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities in your new role as Chef

As a key member of the kitchen team, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Your core responsibilities will include: 

• Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene
• Complete all daily kitchen records and documentation accurately
• Follow food safety, health and safety, and HACCP procedures
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Contribute to a safe, organised, and efficient working environment

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You will have at least two years' experience working in a professional hospitality kitchen. You'll be flexible, reliable, and able to work confidently both independently and as part of a busy kitchen team. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
