Your experience, qualifications and personality
We’re seeking candidates who have 6-12 months of experience in a similar role, ideally within care homes or educational settings. A valid PVG or Disclosure is required, which you should currently hold or be willing to obtain. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a passion for service excellence are essential. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards and will manage tasks effectively, even under pressure.
