Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant General Manager
As our Restaurant General Manager, you will be the heart of our operation, dedicated to creating a positive, professional, and supportive culture where everyone thrives. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and developing talented team members, alongside supporting and coaching our supervisors and managers through regular one-to-ones and performance reviews.
