Responsibilities in your new role as Domestic Cleaner

As a Domestic Cleaner, you will be crucial in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards. Your duties will include cleaning and sanitising all designated areas to the highest specifications provided by our client, ensuring proper disposal of waste and recycling, and restocking supplies as needed. You will diligently follow established cleaning schedules, adhere strictly to all hygiene, health, and safety regulations, and always follow client instructions to ensure a safe and pristine environment for everyone.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

This temporary position is ideally suited for an individual who is proactive, thorough, and dependable. You will be working approximately 20 hours per week, primarily between Monday and Friday, across two sites within East Ayrshire. Given the need to travel between locations, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle are highly advantageous. You will possess excellent communication skills and have previous experience in a similar cleaning role, ideally within a care home, nursery, or educational environment, where your meticulous attention to detail would have been paramount.
