Responsibilities in your new role as Live in Chef de Partie

As our Live-in Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, taking ownership of your section. You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking an array of delectable dishes, ensuring every plate meets our high standards. You will also have the opportunity to guide and manage junior staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment. Adhering strictly to all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations will be paramount, as will monitoring stock levels to ensure smooth service. Your efficiency will be key in ensuring timely service and supporting the Head Chef in delivering an exceptional culinary experience that follows all client instructions to perfection.
