Your rate of pay and hours of work
There are various prestigious venues to choose to work in, with a pay rate of £24,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on location. Many of our clients have live-in staff accommodation, and offer a host of additional benefits such as delicious free meals on shift, gym and leisure memberships, health and wellbeing programmes and excellent group discounts.
Responsibilities in your new role
As a Spa Therapist, you will be required to confidently do all aspects of beauty therapy, from massage to facials and body treatments. You will be part of a warm and welcoming team but will be required to work successfully unsupervised, providing a truly memorable experience to your guests.
You will be responsible for ensuring all products in your room are kept fully stocked. Ensuring aftercare and follow-up treatment plans are provided to clients while recommending appropriate products is key, along with adhering to all hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.
Your personality, experience, and qualifications
To be considered for the role, you must be qualified to an HND/SVQ level 3 as a minimum, ideally having a minimum of 12 months of previous Spa Therapist experience.
As an individual, you will be an excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate outstanding levels of customer service. You will put guests' needs at the forefront of everything you do and deliver excellent spa services to a high standard.
