Responsibilities within your new role
- Perform various spa treatments with precision and expertise, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Promote spa products and services, recommending suitable treatments to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and spa areas.
- Work alongside the Spa team, including receptionists and fitness instructors, fostering a supportive team environment.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or possess an equivalent qualification. Additionally, you should exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with spa guests. Furthermore, you must demonstrate strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
