Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant Manager
As our client’s newest Spa Therapist, you'll be entrusted with delivering exceptional experiences to guests. Your confidence in executing a variety of Beauty Therapy treatments will ensure each guest leaves feeling rejuvenated. Adaptable to guest needs, you'll address any allergies or health concerns, prioritising guest comfort and satisfaction.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need a HND or SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a luxury environment is advantageous, paired with a genuine passion and knowledge of the beauty industry and products. Exceptional communication skills and a steadfast commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are paramount.
