Responsibilities in your new role as HR Manager

In your new role as HR Advisor will oversee hiring, resolve conflicts, develop training programmes, manage employee performance, administer benefits, offer guidance on policies and regulations, ensure legal compliance, boost employee morale, and handle administrative duties. You will also manage staff rotas, oversee the performance procedures and create regular HR reports.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

This full-time position requires at least two years of experience as an HR Advisor, with a CIPD qualification and one year of general human resources experience preferred. The ideal candidate should exhibit proactive and self-starting qualities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellent customer service. Previous experience in fast-paced work environments is essential.
