Responsibilities in your new role

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including the food and beverage offering
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided in all events which include weddings, conferences, outside catering events and others
  • Recruit, train and develop staff as required to ensure effective teamwork
  • Provide reports as required by the senior management team
  • Be knowledgeable in all current licensing, health, safety and food hygiene requirements

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will exhibit a 'hands-on' approach coupled with strong sales acumen and a commercial mindset. You should boast a solid background in Food and Beverage operations, showcasing impeccable attention to detail. You should also possess leadership qualities, fostering a team-player mentality while demonstrating the ability to review and implement procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) effectively.
