Stafffinders are on the lookout for a dedicated General Manager for our guesthouse and restaurant client located in the beautiful region of Fife. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for great food and service, who is comfortable with strategic planning and implementation as well as day-to-day duties.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses prior experience as a General Manager in a sizable, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment, demonstrating adeptness in leadership to nurture and advance a team. They should exhibit a readiness to challenge conventional practices and embrace innovative concepts. Additionally, they should feel at ease engaging in strategic planning and executing daily operational tasks.
