We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor to join our client at their outstanding hotel located in the beautiful Scottish Highlands, not too far from Fort William. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is energetic, has a clear and effective communication style, and a proven track record of training staff in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities in your new role as the Food & Beverage Supervisor

  • Oversee personnel in the food and beverage department

  • Aid the F&B Manager in daily operational tasks

  • Offer assistance across different departmental functions as required

  • Conduct routine staff training sessions and offer continuous support

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

Candidates should have prior experience in either restaurant or hotel settings, as this is crucial. They should demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication abilities are also a must, along with a track record of effectively training and supporting staff members.

Due to the location of this role, a driver's licence and access to your own transport is essential.
