As a Credit Controller with our renowned clients in Glasgow, you'll step into a dynamic role where your expertise will drive success. What you will get in your new role

Responsibilities in your new role as Credit Controller

As the Credit Controller, you will manage the credit control process to ensure timely customer payments. Your duties include assessing creditworthiness, setting credit limits, invoicing, monitoring payments, chasing overdue balances, resolving disputes, debt collection when necessary, reporting, maintaining customer relations, and managing credit risks. You will collaborate with other departments to maintain cash flow and minimise bad debt.

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record of working in a high-volume credit controller environment, along with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. You will be a driven and positive individual who is ready to hit the ground running in this exciting new position.
