Responsibilities within your new role as Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Deputise for the Manager in their absence.
- Aid in the training and development of new team members.
- Supervise staff and address any service-related issues promptly and effectively.
