Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Director
As the Operations Director, you will take the lead in driving operational excellence and delivering outstanding commercial performance. You’ll design and build the systems, processes, and teams that enable sustainable, high growth. Overseeing day-to-day operations across service delivery, recruitment, quality, and compliance, you’ll ensure every function performs at its best.
You’ll implement and refine scalable frameworks that harness data, KPIs, and forecasting to inform strategic decisions and optimise financial outcomes. Working closely with the CEO, you’ll help shape the company’s long-term strategy, provide insightful reporting to the board, and play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly experienced leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a high-growth environment. You’ll bring strategic oversight, exceptional leadership across multiple functions, and strong financial and analytical acumen.
A background in recruitment, tutoring, or private education would be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have successfully scaled operations within a fast-growing service business, delivered tangible commercial results, and built high-performing teams that consistently exceed expectations.
