Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you will take charge of running a specific section of the kitchen, allowing you to showcase your cooking skills. You will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the overall operation of the kitchen while mentoring junior team members and fostering a positive learning environment. You'll also ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain the high standards of food preparation and presentation that our establishment is known for.
 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must bring previous experience from 4 and 5-star establishments, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Your passion for working with fresh ingredients and eagerness to learn from senior chefs will be vital. Experience in handling high-volume events and functions is essential, alongside a proven track record of personal and professional development in the culinary arts.
