We are looking for a Group HR Manager to join a well-established family business in the outskirts of Glasgow. In this role, working closely with senior management, you'll help to support the companies growth by overseeing and developing all aspects of HR across the business.

Your responsibilities as a Group HR Manager
As the Group HR Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with the businesses goals and foster a productive work environment. You'll provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters ensuring consistent application and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Given the nature of the business, you’ll also play a key role in upholding Health and Safety standards, ensuring safe working practices are always maintained across various sites.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources within manufacturing, construction, industrial, or a similar operational environment. You’ll bring hands-on experience in employee relations, recruitment, and compliance, along with a solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices. A CIPD qualification is essential.
You’ll have proven experience in managing people, while remaining comfortable working closely with and taking direction from senior management.
Experience within a family-run business is desirable, but not essential
