Responsibilities in your new role as Deputy Operations Coordinator
As the Deputy Operations Coordinator, you'll act as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the CEO, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You'll ensure the companies priorities are delivered efficiently and to a high standard, driving cross-functional initiatives, supporting leadership planning and maintaining key relationships.
Your responsibilities will include managing and supporting cross-functional projects such as process improvements and business transformation, assisting the CEO with planning, communication, and decision-making to maintain focus on high-impact initiatives and stepping in where needed to ensure momentum is never lost. You'll also prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership reviews, ensuring clarity, accuracy and impact alongside providing executive coordination such as diary, travel and event management where required to support strategic priorities.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We're looking for a true strategic thinker. Someone who can naturally connect the dots across complex projects while demonstrating strong commercial awareness. You'll bring a proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering outcomes in fast-paced environments, along with confidence in preparing executive reports, presentations and board materials. You'll also be comfortable managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
You'll be flexible and eager to broaden your skill set, bringing enthusiasm and dedication to your work. Strong communication skills are essential and a business-related degree would be highly advantageous.
