Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Manager
In this varied role, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the hotel and its departments, maintaining high service standards across the venue. You’ll support the General Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and confidently lead in their absence. A key part of the role is delivering exceptional guest service and managing staff training and development to build a motivated and high-performing team.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
You’ll bring a hands-on, proactive management style and a genuine passion for hospitality. Experience working in high-end 4 or 5 boutique hotels is essential, along with a strong background in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll be confident leading teams, solving problems, and stepping into a senior leadership role when required. Candidates with experience in a similar position will be well suited to this opportunity.
