Responsibilities in your new role as Head Chef

As Head Chef, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading and developing a skilled team while ensuring high standards of food quality and service. You'll create and deliver seasonal menus, manage stock and ordering, control food costs and GP margins, and maintain strict health, safety, and hygine standards.  

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a high-quality hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Experience managing food costs, stock control, and kitchen operations
• Passion for seasonal produce and high-quality dishes
• Adaptability to living and working in a remote Highland location
• Driving licence advantageous but not essential
